I had ordered ahead on the app, My order showed as “in progress,” so I waited. After she finished the previous drink, she was talking to security and wiping the counters. Once it updated to “ready,” I didn’t see my drink or notice her working on it. I eventually went up to the register. She was still talking to security, so I had to wait for their conversation to end.
