I recently came to get the new blue coconut matcha and the main reason i like this drink is due to the mango syrup but the barista failed to follow the recipe and used coconut syrup for the matcha base instead of mango which disappointed me but the overall service was great! this is the second time I came to this location for a matcha and they didn’t give me my coconut milk nor the extra scoop of matcha these baristas need to start making the drinks I spend my money...
Always get the best service here! And not one wrong order in the 5 years going here! They also move the drive-thru well, with the longest wait (cars wrapped around the building) was about 8 minutes. No complaints!
Staffs are not very professional, kind of hesitant to treat customers fairly.
