I don't understand what happened to the Starbucks, on 24th street & Chandler Blvd. #628, it used to be one of the best ones that I always went to. Now every weekend I come by to get my coffee & food and there all out of everything. They don’t have the mixing to make any drinks, they don't have the breakfast sandwich that I want to order or any other breakfast sandwiches at that moment. The new employees that run this place don’t have anything in stock, they’re untrained and don’t want to work especially when they close the place early. Online the Starbucks says that they are open from 6:00am to 7:00pm everyday, but when I go there on the weekends they say that we close at 12:00 noon, and are out of stock/don’t have anything that I want. Then I get the attitude from them like it's my fault that they don't have anything in stock. I would give them Zero stars now if I could. :(

Hey guys around 5 pm we went to the store on Sunday we try to buy some sandwiche and that thing the surprise me when we look the cabinet of the pastry’s and Sandwhich we realize it was a bug all over the food flies so we ask the guy if he can bring the sandwich from different area he say he already shut down because they was gonna close 530 but we ask amd they close at 7 pm please I hope the manager see this very rude custumer services usually sturbusks should be very friendly after that we decide to leave the store then we call the frys and frys say Sturbucks close 7 pm so that mean that guy get upset when we tell him there was a bug on the top the. Food i belive Sturbucks should see at the situation more serious because we are regular custumer from this location

Awesome experience! I got exactly what I wanted when I ordered. The guy with a lip ring was cute and partner with me while I ordered it and I always order weird stuff to. Made my grocery shopping enjoyable to have something to enjoy while I was doing something I don’t really love doing.

This is a great starbucks. I normally thought the "in-store Starbucks locations" were not as good. HOWEVER, this location proved me wrong and is great! They are always quick, even when theres a line, its clean, queit and a nice place to sit and relax. Gabe is the cashier and hes a very nice guy and does his job very well.

Terrible experience at this Starbucks location (inside Fry's on 40th St/Chandler Blvd.). Wish I had no stars for this review. The “the rings man” (as he had a lot of them on his face) who took my order was rude and didn't seem trained well, as he asked the lady who prepared the drinks what "code" (aka: abbreviation for the drink I was ordering) was. Poor training!!! Red flag right there! I wish I had left and not ordered anything. My drink had a ton of foam as I had requested to not have any...the lady who made it, seemed that she didn't even hear what the guy told her. It was very disappointing to find out that I only received 50% of what I had paid for! I got ripped off!!! Be aware of what you're paying for! If you order a pricey cup of coffee and not get it to done right (cup filled up to the brim), you are being robbed! They can easily fool you! Don't leave the store until you see what you paid for! Yes, I get it. You're paying for the brand “Starbucks”! This makes me not want to support them anymore.

I was having a hectic day and just stopped in to get a gift card at this location and Isabel waited on me, she was so friendly and warm I ended up getting a coffee and chatted a bit she's definitely in the right line of work. Isabel you rock.
