Couldn’t buy my food because you don’t have change for a $100 bill? Dude get serious I run a business to and we have change for money , just left the entire order there. Get actual change in your registers it’s not that hard to run a business.

I came in to use the restroom at this location while I was in the area at T-Mobile trying to get new phone service turned on for my daughter and I and before I came here I had already went through a different Starbucks drive through location and explained this they said I'm sorry you have to purchase something to be able to use the restroom. Well excuse me, you can keep your poor customer service and I'll let everyone know about Starbucks. I should of known better before going in to this place. I'm well aware now. Thank you very much for showing your true colors Starbucks. Never going back.

The worst Starbucks in the phoenix area don’t stop, door don’t even have a handle to open. Homeless isn’t an excuse why that door is not fix.

They’re good usually, but they’ve started doing this weird thing where they only fill tall sized drinks like 2/3 of the way full. Super annoying and cheap. They will remake if you call them in it though. Drinks still taste fine.
location was out of Venti cups and refused to sell me a cup in the trenta size bc they were "trying to save cups". sounds like they need to keep better inventory instead of only giving customers the option to buy a tiny cup of coffee

Always been a top-notch Starbucks. Lately, the staff hasn't been as nice as they used to be. Still fast and reliable quality. Maybe they're just stressed right now. Hope they bring it back to what it was soon.
Parking: Not many close spots, but plenty of parking in back or on weekends.
This is my closest Starbucks and every time I have came in the customer service is bad. I try to make time in my mornings to drive to a further location. Staff always seems uninterested and unapproachable. They do not greet, say thank you nor your welcome. The overall atmosphere is always unwelcoming. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant coffee experience.
