You'd think asking for light ice hurts the baristas the way they ignore your request , also matcha looked disgusting tasted fine tho , they did ask me if I wanted them to blend it again like that would've made it any different then the first time

I had a plesant experience with Milly, she was amazing , after for some reason my phone app wasn’t working she still helped me out . I thrive looking for customer service like that , I tOO work in customer service, as an General manager , I am well pleased with Milly, may you keep bringing smiles to your guest faces , because you sure made my day I came farrr because this store is the only store that gets my order correctly . thank you again Milly you are a Rockstar

Worst place ever I went to place an order I told the guy I want no caffeine at all in my order he said he was going To charge me extra just because he had to make it which I told him okay coffee had caffeine I had to run to the emergency room this place is the worst as I pick up my order they were cockroaches on the wall never coming back to this location worst customer service I ever had

The young man by the name of Chris was absolutely so cool, I had a mix-up this morning and I totally didn't save my receipt and he gave me a break. It's nice to know Starbucks understood And it was all because of a little kindness goes a long way, cuz boy I was needing my go to. Thank you Chris for your kindness, it went a long way today!!!

I just left the place I ask for a cortado it's burn taste like shit, my boyfriend order a white mocha frappe with an extra shot an taste just like a shot and that's it, get better baristas please this was at 1:38 pm Wednesday nov 26

I am not from this area, here for travel this weekend. Back home our Starbucks use the instant coffee machines. This Starbucks still brews their coffee like years ago. I miss that taste of their brewed coffee vs the machines. I noticed the taste difference immediately and have gone back every morning since for my Venti dark roast, even though coffee is free in my hotel.
Just literally picked up my mobile order. 11-7-25 6:10am. Walk in, no one says good morning, nothing. Go to look for my order, grab it. Said thank you, still they say NOTHING. That’s the last time I tip before picking up. Order I believe is correct, just annoying how they don’t have any social interaction that isn’t a screen.
11-12-25 6am. No one but the five workers in there. Black guy manages to mumble a good morning. Go to get my stuff, I had one drink and three baked items… they didn’t put them in a bag, so I asked for one. Everyone ignored me. Stood there and waited for someone to look my way and ask again. Finally got one. Left. Geez I thought I wasn’t a morning person.

Terrible customer service!! Walked in and put in my order tipped 50% of my order, and they just decided to not make my drink after asking about it twice. So I paid for services that was never rendered that is called theft. Management was sitting at a table by me and did not intervene to correct the lack of customer service.
