This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I work at one of the hotels near by and legit tell people do not go to that Starbucks because ur going to be there for 5 days waiting on them to make on drink. Yall gotta hire new people or be faster.

They always get my drink wrong!!!!! My husband specifically ordered a pumpkin spice CHAI LATTE C H A I I DONT DRINK COFFEE!!!!! The put it as a pumpkin spice latte add chai huuuuuuhhhhhh?????? My even types it out for my husband to say it specially ! I called and they said they can't do about it unless my husband takes it back for their mistake! Just made the drink right ! I don't recommend!!!!!

They never put vanilla on my iced caramel macchiatos. Which makes the drink so bitter. I also asked for no bacon on my Bacon Gouda and there was a piece of bacon in there.

I love Starbucks, unfortunately this location is the closest to my house and has to be in the top 10 of worst stores. I would rather drive further to go to a different location or even the Target Starbucks across the street is significantly better than this one. The people that work here are so rude and strange, they seem like they've never been taught any social skills and are being forced to work here. They are also constantly closed for the most random things, at this point they should just close this location.

For one this place is always taking forever to make your drinks. The managers are passive and rude. They obsess over charging you for the smallest thing. If you're going to charge me for extra cold foam, give an ACTUAL amount of extra cold foam. Our airline gives them business plenty on the daily and they are just and act like nothing is their fault.

What a poorly run Starbucks. I’ve never been to a Starbucks that has botched my order so many times. The people taking your order in the drive thru probably get high every morning. I very rarely come to Starbucks, only for the occasional holiday drink, but I just got a praline latte this afternoon and it was awful. Tasted like circle k coffee with some cream. I also waited forever for my $7 drink, just to be thoroughly disappointed. Done with this location.

I used to come go this location in February to May pretty regularly because the evening staff during the week were very kind and friendly. That was until I experienced the Sunday evening staff. The night that I had gone in May/June the staff were just so disrespectful and difficult. They said they couldn't do a certain customization on my drink, but I worked for Starbucks for 2 years and know they could. Every time that I have been there since, they have had an issue. My last time I was there- 2 weeks ago- will be my last time there. I ordered a pumpkin chai with oat milk substituted, and they entered a PSL with oat, but I corrected it and they put in the chai. I specified again with oat milk and she said "total at the window." I drove up and she handed my drink, but it didn't say oat milk on it so I just asked to verify, and she said "you didn't ask for oat milk." I had, three times to make sure. I let her know that I have a dairy sensitivity and needed it remade, and that I had made sure to say oat milk (she had even entered it the first time wrong). She continued to argue and be confrontational & insist I didn't say and then tell me "well cold foam has dairy so." I know this, I worked for the company for 2 years. I have a sensitivity and can have very little milk, but not an entire venti cup full. She took my drink back and handed me out a new one about 20 seconds later. She still continued to be snarky handing it back, and I drove away crying because I've never had a customer service worker be so rude before. I'm sorry, but I didn't realize that the barista was my dietician or doctor. It didn't even feel like she was looking out for me, just like she hated me in that moment over a minor inconvenience. I ended up getting sick later that day and my friend in the backseat said it looked like they scooped off the foam, dumped the chai into a new cup, and then put the foam back on top, without even making a new one. I tried to call and get a hold of the manger both incidents, but they just tell you to call back later. This is unacceptable, and a terrible environment. Avoid this place at all costs if you have an allergy.

They always take 15-20 min to make one drink. The pumpkin cream cold brew is made wrong. Putting little cream and I had better across the street inside target.

Fast, happy people making delicious coffee with indoor and outdoor seating. Drive through is fast. Had egg white turkey muffin not listed below, excellent - recommended.Parking: Parking is in front of adjacent businesses and allowed.
