Got a drink at another store and they made my drink caffeinated instead of decaffeinated. Went to this Starbucks and Cassie immediately fixed my order free of charge. She was sweet kind and very professional. Thank you CASSIE!! (:
Nice and convenient location, My first time at this location wasn't to pleasing. First, they informed me that they don't have ice, due to the ice machine being broken, who wants a hot drink on a hot day in Phoenix?? Not me...mine as well get a lukewarm coffee, next I ask if they can add some packets of Spenlda then the cashier says they discontinued those at this location. However, I'll give em some stars for customer service and how fast the drinks came out.
My boyfriend and I have only been here a few times but we don't have a problem with it. So far everyone who's helped us have been nice. The only thing is they're really slow sometimes.
