Out of a lot of stuff, comes with the time. I would have given two stars based on service but there was a woman named Sarahwho was really crushing it! Not a regular Starbucks drinker but more if baristas had Sarah’s attention to detail, compassion, and hustle I’m sure I would be an every day drinkerEdited to one star because Starbucks made no mention of what made me leave the review in the first place. That barista was great, I will be connecting her with more appreciative employers soon

Very friendly but also VERY slow. I was in line / waiting for my food for 45 minutes. This is attached to the convention center so there were tons of people in line and not enough staff too handle it. That being said, could be out of their control with staff shortages and such.

if you want to order, get your food, 15 minutes later get your first drink, then ten minutes later get your last drink order. all while others from behind you are getting their drinks first. manager sitting there on her laptop laughing about her customers. not getting up to help and looking at people like she hates them. very horrible service and management.

Ignore the star rating. Just FYI, this Starbucks isn't always open. Posted hours are 7am-2pm. It was not open & convention center security suggests that it's only open when something is going on at the convention center.

I was recently at the convention center for 2 days attending an event, both days I went in to Starbucks . Hannah was working register \u0026 was passive aggressive over a simple request. I’ve never had any Starbucks staff be so fake nice to me. However , Angel made my drink . she was nice \u0026 corrected my order with no problem ,since the register didn’t put The correct order in. I’ll stop in whenever I’m at the convention center but hopefully I don’t have to deal with a Hannah again .

Very disappointing for those of us who do not drink coffee. They used to have a nice selection of "smoothie type" bottled drinks. This location only had wated and sparkling water bottles. They advertised "behind the counter" cold drinks that looked very nice...but. alas, I was told that although these were advertised that they did not have any. I really like their morning pastries. Wish I had something cold (other than water) to wash them down with.
