Usually have great service here but yikes today. Male with the purple hair was mopping while many people waiting with no drinks being made. The woman employee asked him to start making our drinks and he didn’t. She ended up making them. I felt sorry for her.

Always getting coffee after Hike
Sitting outside, the seats could use a washing- cleaning!

Great service and drinks but I would like to have a conversation with whoever designed the parking lot

On June 8, 2024, we were on a 3 day vacation at the JW Marriot Camelback Resort in Phoenix, Arizona. Although the JW Marriot Resort had their own onsite Starbucks, my husband and I decided to go the next nearest Starbuck on the E-bikes we rented from the resort. The Starbucks location was at 3165 E. Lincoln Dr., AZ 85016. Caddy corner from the Starbucks, I misjudged the curb and fell to the ground suffering abrasions to the left elbow. When we entered the Starbucks at about 9:00 a.m., I requested a wet paper towel to clean my wound. I was very impressed by a couple of the staff members who insisted that wet paper towel was not enough and immediately took out their first aid kit and assisted in nursing my wound. I was very impressed by their human kindness. I believe there are time that one's kindness should be acknowledged. I thank those staff members, who ever they are, for their extended courtesy and assistance. Of course, when had our Starbucks coffee and pastries, we did continued with our E-bike ride and our vacation. Thank you to those Starbuck staff members

Filthy and mean. I should have taken a picture of how filthy all the surfaces were. Coffee and other wet messes were so gross. Staff were incredibly rude. No one in there and yet terrible service and just gross.

I stopped supporting Starbucks and its products after they announced their support to the genocide in the Middle East. There are plenty of other coffee options in the valley with better quality and cheaper than Starbucks.I will support the local shops instead

Nice location at the base of Piestewa peak, though you can't park in the Starbucks area to go hiking.

One of two locations I've found in the valley that still offers clover prepared coffee from the old school clover machine.
