Once again another Starbucks disappointment. Amid the company’s struggles the staff here was not on point. I had asked for a tall dark and they served me an old, warmish cup of coffee. It seems that no longer is SBux wanting to pride itself on having the best coffee. How can baristas not know the coffee is old and not fresh? They have one job serve coffee and make drinks. Look while working at the POS you are taking orders and retrieving food. AND you should be monitoring the brewed coffee. SBux use to brew different blends every day, now they only brew blonde, Pike and the Signature’ dark roast. The dark roast sucks! Hey Sbux you want to get market share back, start brewing decent dark roast blends.
One more point, baristas should remember that the music is in the cafe for clients, not themselves. Keep the music at a level that allows for conversations where guests don’t need to talk loud to be heard during their cafe visit.

I stopped into this Starbucks in a bit of a rush and just ordered a water and a Strawberry Açaí Lemonade Refresher. I didn’t catch the correct spelling of their names, but I want to recognize Alisa and Tinae for making the quick stop such a positive one. Tinae especially seemed to pick up on the fact that it had been a rough day, and her kindness and upbeat attitude really lifted my mood. Both Alisa and Tinae were incredibly pleasant and made the interaction memorable, even for such a simple order. Excellent customer service—highly recommend this location!

Usually have great service here but yikes today. Male with the purple hair was mopping while many people waiting with no drinks being made. The woman employee asked him to start making our drinks and he didn’t. She ended up making them. I felt sorry for her.
Always getting coffee after Hike
Sitting outside, the seats could use a washing- cleaning!
Great service and drinks but I would like to have a conversation with whoever designed the parking lot

On June 8, 2024, we were on a 3 day vacation at the JW Marriot Camelback Resort in Phoenix, Arizona. Although the JW Marriot Resort had their own onsite Starbucks, my husband and I decided to go the next nearest Starbuck on the E-bikes we rented from the resort. The Starbucks location was at 3165 E. Lincoln Dr., AZ 85016. Caddy corner from the Starbucks, I misjudged the curb and fell to the ground suffering abrasions to the left elbow. When we entered the Starbucks at about 9:00 a.m., I requested a wet paper towel to clean my wound. I was very impressed by a couple of the staff members who insisted that wet paper towel was not enough and immediately took out their first aid kit and assisted in nursing my wound. I was very impressed by their human kindness. I believe there are time that one's kindness should be acknowledged. I thank those staff members, who ever they are, for their extended courtesy and assistance. Of course, when had our Starbucks coffee and pastries, we did continued with our E-bike ride and our vacation. Thank you to those Starbuck staff members

Filthy and mean. I should have taken a picture of how filthy all the surfaces were. Coffee and other wet messes were so gross. Staff were incredibly rude. No one in there and yet terrible service and just gross.

Didn't even know they had breakfast food.I get my beans ground now.
I stopped supporting Starbucks and its products after they announced their support to the genocide in the Middle East. There are plenty of other coffee options in the valley with better quality and cheaper than Starbucks.I will support the local shops instead
