I moved to the area in September and I’m really disappointed that this is my nearest drive thru location. The dozen times I ordered from them between September and October, I had to have them remake refreshers 10/12 times. They forget lemonade OFTEN, they do not mix or change up the refresher mix enough because the base of the drink is too watered down. I’ve spoken to their manager who informed me they are dealing with staffing issues…. So I gave them 3 months to sort it out while going to the Starbucks in Frys (same employees for years). Only out of convenience of time did I go back to this location today to leave with another wrong order. I don’t know what is wrong with this particular location that they cannot get the most simple pour, shake and serve drink on their menu. I will be returning to this location today to correct my order. I spend so much money at Starbucks but I’m afraid this location has lost money on me with their mismanagement. Get it together!!!

One espresso machine was working which made things a little slower. This was not the problem, the problem is people espresso drinks were coming out before my drink and I was ordering before the ppl that came in after me and they left before me. And I talked to someone about it and she said she was going to add it to the queue. I’ve been inside the Starbucks waiting for my 1 drink for 30 minutes !!! Worse experience at Starbucks I’ve ever had

I travel full time and find a Starbucks in my area to go to each morning. This is the closest one during my 7 week stay in the Ahwatukee area I spend $14.62 everyday on a Vanilla sweet cream cold brew and a ham & Swiss baguette. 1st day here, the bottom of my baguette was black burnt, the 2nd day my coffee had no coffee. It was like I was just drinking sweet cream. The 3rd and 4th day my coffee had so little sweet cream that it looked like a mocha. I drove around, parked, took it inside and they remade it. It was good. The next day, same thing happened. I called the store. They said that there was a big meeting about measuring the ingredients properly and that the drink I received today is how it’s supposed to be made. I started going to another coffee shop after that each morning. I decided after a couple weeks of being here that I’d try again. I ordered the same thing and it was awful. Straight sweet cream, barely any coffee. The inconsistency is wild. I just want the same thing that I can order properly at each single other Starbucks I’ve been to. I know some Starbucks robot will reply asking me to call some phone number so they can fix the issue. I will not be doing that. I’ve wasted enough of my time and money. There are coffee shops on every corner, I’ll find somewhere else to go.

We visited this Starbucks today to celebrate my husband’s birthday along with our fur baby. We’re regular Starbucks customers, but this was our first time at this location since we happened to be in the area. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.

Madi, who served us, seemed visibly annoyed from the beginning for reasons we couldn’t understand. My husband ordered a green peach tea, but it didn’t have enough peach flavor. When he politely asked for another splash, the drink came back only a few seconds later and tasted exactly the same.

Since it was also our pup’s birthday (she shares the same birthday as my husband), we got her a pup cup. Sadly, the one Madi prepared looked unappetizing and messy, closer to a “poop cup” than a treat for our dog.

This was supposed to be a special outing, but the lack of care and unfriendly service made it a terrible birthday surprise for both my husband and our fur baby. We won’t be returning to this location, as we’ve never experienced such poor service at any other Starbucks.

Excellent attention everyone super nice. Happy. In contro control, armony . ;). My mom have dementia and make a mess with the drinks. They all was so nice & calm. Replacement everything and I didn't one it They all clean and make us feeling better. Everyone coming like friends with all of the team lol. Happy place. The only name I remember is Luke. Thx to all of them for make my day better. Starbucks is lucky to have all good team in this location.

Will never come back here again. Waited 20 minutes for two cars tonight so i could pay $8 for a burnt iced mocha with chunks in it. Mystery chunks.
Gross.
Dumped it out and made coffee at home.
