I saw a young Barista by the name of Priscilla signs language to an older gentleman thought it might of been a family member, when I asked Priscilla let me know it was one of her regular customers and that he taught her so they could communicate. Blew me away that she would take the time to learn and make his experience the best one he could have. You can tell that Priscilla has a kindred soul and an amazing heart. Please Starbucks make her employee of the year and if anyone visits...
Best Starbucks in all of Phoenix! And I Have been to most of them. The staff is always friendly. They always make my order correct and greet everybody by name. Great service every time!
I don't drink coffee, but my daughter loves their cake pops so we go there quite a bit. Nice open seating inside and out and exceptional customer service.
