I came in wed April 7th @ like 6:58 pm. There was a very sweet young lady behind the counter. Let me just say this, she was the nicest most welcoming Starbucks worker I have ever encountered. I ordered a drink and I’m pretty sure she was all but close physically and I didn’t realize and I apologized and told her nvm and I just felt bad. As I am to in the restaurant industry as well . She denied my cancel request and happily made my drink anyway. She absolutely made my night....
Starbucks is really getting better and becoming my spot. Check out the Manager at this one on 40th St. And Thunderbird. He is funny to mess with cus he takes it real serious. Top flight management of the World Craig.
This location provided me with 5 star customer service!! Placed a mobile order at another location in error. When I inquired to the status of my order, is when I learned I was at wrong location. They quickly offered to make my order for me and NO CHARGE! Kudos for the great customer service!!
