My favorite new location!!! I’ve ordered multiple different drinks but they make my favorite drink PERFECTLY especially with the couple changes I make. Brown sugar shaken expresso oat milk latte is to die for here! Some places just do not make it well so thank you to whoever is training in this place!
Really bad customer service everytime I come here. Most recently by Jarron. Didn’t say anything when I walked up to the register she was standing at and she just started at me. Acted like she didn’t want to take my order the whole time and then when I paid she didn’t say anything to me so I just awkwardly walked away.
Had an issue with birthday rewards when I went to redeem on my birthday. Adrian swoopt in and made shore my special day stayed special. Thank you for being my hero today and putting a smile on my little 8y olds face as well. I'm from Seattle, every time I come here it's like a little peace of home. It's the people not just the coffee. He's a rockstar
