I am soooo disappointed that they changed the wraps...their not even wraps anymore...it's just a flat piece of bread folded over... much smaller...their to small to even "wrap"... just a small flat piece of bread.... Not even close to the same.. But of course the same price... I'm so disappointed the wrap was my favotite...

If you only have a 30 minute lunch break definitely don't come to this location, it took the lady almost 10 minutes just to make a sandwich that literally only had meat on it... and on top of that she made me the wrong sandwich, I asked for a bmt and got a turkey sandwich, doesnt help that you can't see the meats anymore so I couldn't correct her... decided not to say anything because I didn't want to wait another 10 minutes for the right sandwich... got to watch her do nothing but bite on her face jewelery the whole time too while making it too. Also ordered a footlong pretzel and was served cold cheese with it. All in all not a good experience there

The two women were nasty rude . It was so disappointing. The young boy who helped me was new I assume one female with tattoo above her eye was on her phone and then another person came in the other ladies decided to make him wait and help someone who they been chatting with . Then, it surpassed me and gave me they odasity to talk to me the way they did when I was not even saying anything. It's a disgrace we have to be served by ppl Like this

Late night run.. expecting the usual sloppy Subway sandwich. But I was so blown away. Kenny is awesome. He understands how to build a sandwich. He understands how to treat customers. You guys really need to have him train more of your artists because he changed my mind about the quality of the sandwiches being built by a sandwich chain.

Amanda makes the best subs I tell u. The whole crew is pretty good but Amanda is the absolute best at the subs. She always has a smile and a great attitude I swear she’s putting actual vibes in my sammich

Ordered through Uber eats and the delivery was fine, but I had several missing items on my order. The drink, the side and the dessert. When I opens my sandwich I realized it was missing missing most of the ingredients and had no sauce whatsoever. This is incredibly disappointing since I had a long day and didn’t wanna go out to get food! I will never order form here again!

I ordered through Uber Eats .My order was completely incorrect. When I called this location it went straight to voicemail which an automated system said the number you have dialed has not set up their voicemail box. I do not recommend this restaurant location. How can you run a business and have a way for customers to reach the restaurant? Every part of this experience was poor business practice. This restaurant should be shut down, especially since this happened before other customers according to another location.

Foods good as usual. I hear their prices are dropping to 6.99 for any sub but dont know when exactly. Service is kinda crap, noone smiles or small talk but I guess thats everywhere now a days.

Ordered through the subway app dislocation has happened a few times before but when I order through the app for delivery I do not get to choose the location on which my food comes from unfortunately my order all of my subs did not come with cheese and when I call the store and they are no help they told me there's nothing they can do they can't give me a new sub or place my order and I ordered it for delivery and I am handicapped. I just want to receive what I paid for! In addition to that I can't I believe how small the subway series subs are now they're supposed to have a lot more product on it as far as the app states I believe this is false advertising subs used to be three times bigger even ordering a regular sub not a Subway series sub and then when I tried to contact customer service there is no help any direction they make it almost impossible to file a complaint at the store level at corporate level this is starting to get to be ridiculous what is society coming to on what happened to Subway!!!!!

Ordered a salad. Lady making the salad was rude. I asked her to cut the meat after she had already put on the salad and put dressing over it. She did it begrudgingly. Then she said the salad cost was over $18. I’ve NEVER paid that amount for a salad and I eat subway a lot. Asked to speak to mgr. Zero help. I left and will never come back.
