I come in this shop pretty close to close on a regular basis and the young man who works here always takes care of me and makes my sub. I’ve never been told they stop serving food at 9:45 until tonight and I’m in here on a weekly basis. The lady working told me she’s behind on her closing duties so she isn’t serving food. That’s kinda ridiculous if you ask me. Maybe the guy who’s normally here is just super nice or maybe this chick is just making excuses idk. Any place I’ve worked closing duties were performed after we actually closed idk how subway does things but I can honestly this is the first subway I’ve ever been to that stopped serving food before close. I’m out late normally so I’m always running into places last minute. I walked through the doors around 9:45-9:47 so I mean it was close to closing I’m not denying that fact but I always come in here after shopping at Frys around the same time due to my work/gym schedule. I think this location should post a sign if they’re gonna stop serving food at 9:45 or change their hours. I bet if the young guy was here he would’ve made my sub. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location after this. Today is 1/16/26

Had a good experience here previously- but went today and right off the BAT I was irritated. Nobody in the building when I first walked in because they were both outside taking a smoke break. One walked in- said nothing- walked straight to the back and immediately went to make my sandwich. Did not wash his hands. If you’re not washing your hands after coming in from outside, I’m immediately not trusting that you’re washing your hands when you prep the food. Absolutely disgusting. His defense was “I wasn’t smoking though” totally against food saftey standards and I won’t be back- which sucks because the females that worked here a month or two ago were spectacular.
I come here pretty much every week a least a few times, they always make my sandwich really fast and I never wait too long, and they all seem pretty happy to be working. Isaac is pretty much always making my sandwich and has a good attitude regardless of the situation

Today I went to this subway I walked in used the restroom and then wanted to order as soon as I walked out the worker told me I looked suspicious. Then 3 costumers walked in and he kicked them out saying we were closed. This happened today January 4rd. He is a tall young African American man. They had really bad service

Vegetables looked like they were nearly rotten, no ice in ice machine, disgusting restroom and nearly 20 bucks for a footlong tuna with chips and a drink.

Ordered 2 ham & cheese subs one herb roll and one plain both rolls were so hard not fresh at all. They should have noticed it when making the subs and used fresh soft rolls. But this was an online order so it's ok to use the old rolls

There was a very disturbing incident that happened at this subway on Saturday, October 11 in the afternoon. Two developmentally disabled adults and their two caregivers were ordering food and the assistant manager, Anna Ruis What is incredibly rude and aggressive towards them when they asked for the sandwich to be heated, but not to the level of being crusty toast. She was very inappropriately angry towards the guests, which even made one of the developmentally, disabled women breakdown and cry she was afraid. The police were called and a report filed by the police officer, and the police officer came to the assistance of the disabled ladies and apologize to them for the behavior of the assistant manager.
This type of behavior towards clients and especially ones that are obviously disabled is unacceptable and I will never go to this place again

I ordered teriyaki chicken & a meatball foot long subs. The teriyaki chicken was fine but the meatball came with under baked bread. Not edible. Went back with receipt to exchanged it with cooked bread. I was refused & was gonna get charged a 3rd time to replace the one they missed up on. I pleaded but no. I ended up just eating around the bread. Just meatballs. Not good experience here

Ordered a 6in tuna with provolone meal deal. Tuna was as thin as the cheese bread was hard as if day old and I had the pleasure of paying $12.03. NEVER SUBWAY AGAIN
Not my usual subway. Pulled into the store at 35th Ave and Thunderbird. Workers were pleasant but the bread and cookies were not fresh. Very dry and hard
