It's beyond aggravating to hear that it's 24/7... why be open those hours just to close the one hour we late night workers need the most? However, the system shuts down every day between 3-4 am. So.... is 23/7. Fyi. SMH. Great otherwise.

Came in for a to-go order at midnight. The worker was on the phone, in her slippers, asked what order it was, then proceeds to pull the ticket she neglected to notice before because she was ON THE PHONE. She continued to make the sandwiches, while holding her phone with the gloved hand she’s still handling the food with, cussing up a storm, while her 2 small, school-aged children are running around the lobby instead of safe in bed. Whole thing was not a good look.

Im at the McDowell location in Phoenix on 9/28/2024 and was at the store for 1 hour before everyone made my online order. I’m still at the store right now and it’s 9:26pm, I got here at 8:35. There are 2 workers right now helping 1 customer and no one is still not making my order, both of them are helping the same customer! This is 100% unacceptable and both of them NEED to get talked to. 1 hour is absolutely ridiculous. Get this fixed NOW.
