I went into your location on Thursday and this morning, and both times, I was not able to buy anything due to the system updating. I don't know if this is true or not. Can you look into this, it is not fair to your customers

This is it. The worst subway in every way possible across all locations globally. Its not even worth describing. This is just a void for a 1 star review. Whoever the owner is, sell the franchise and seek therapy. Pray.

Shoutout to Joseph at Subway! My boyfriend and I stop by early in the mornings pretty often, and the service is always solid—even when it’s busy. This morning around 6 AM, Joseph handled everything like a pro. The store was clean, the service was quick, and despite it only being his third day and holding it down solo during a shift change, he stayed calm, professional, and efficient. Definitely appreciate his effort—great start to the day!

Came to this establishment at 1:15 on April 2nd. to get a sandwich and use the restroom before hitting the road. Was having a medical emergency as I am diabetic which is a recognized disability through the Ada. Asked the worker if I can use the restroom first before ordering. Was told no I have to purchase something first. Explained that it was a medical necessity in really needed to go to the restroom and i will be purchasing. Explained my disability and asked again if I can just use the restroom first. Was told no I have to buy something before I'm allowed to go to the restroom. The worker (black gentleman with glasses) was very condescending and rude. They stated it was a store policy, which does not trump law. Plan to follow up with a complaint to the proper State Department's regarding this as well as this is a discriminatory act and violation of ADA

The girl at the counter was so rude disrespectful I literally walked out she so loud and think she run the store need better customer service never judge someone by the way they are dress or because I sat down this location I see why it has a 2 stars half of it because of service we are not hoodlums just people in situations I won’t eat or recommend anyone to come here

Great food always but app wouldn't work to properly order a footlong build own meal deal and use coupon buy one get one free. So, I had to borrow 2.72 from cashier to pay my bill. She couldn't offer any other discounts. I had to pay in full 27.00 , 2 sandwiches. Robbery. It was embarsssin

This place is ridiculously inefficient. There are 2 employees who act like they've never seen a sandwich in their lives. Picking up an order should NOT take 30 minutes. The back up of drivers waiting for orders is completely ridiculous and unnecessary. The restaurant is dirty. The sandwich bar is dirty. I'm glad I'm not eating here.

I went in today lightheaded, I had gone 24 hours without eating. Immedietly Aaron and Amanda jumped into action and gave me water. They made my order promptly, and even offered me to sit down while I rested as they made the food for me and brought it to me.
In addition, Gospel music was playing and they made what was the best sandwich I had had in a long time.
The atmosphere was clean, the food was delicious and the employees were attentive and excelled at their jobs. I am thankful and will certainly return. (Though in better shape next time, lol)

Horrible customer service from african american young lady today 1/19/25 @ 3:30pm, forgot her name. But didnt know the menu at all when asking for a sandwich. Very rude when attending almost wanted to walk out in the middle of ordering.

This is the only Subway I go to in Phoenix. All the employees are extremely friendly and helpful. Especially Keshia! Once I moved to Arizona from the Midwest I stopped going to Subway as I found most of them to be dirty and have rude employees. NOT THIS LOCATION! I had low expectations as it’s not in the greatest area, but I was wrong. I’ve been back 4 times in the last two weeks!
