Put in an online order and arrived and was told by the lone employee working during the lunch hour its gonna be a minute, then was skipped in line by walk ins as I waited. Employee was trying his best . If you can’t afford to have more than one employee working during a lunch rush you shouldn’t own a business

Was in Phoenix for a anime convention during Labor Day weekend. My friends went next door to Einstein Bros Bagels and I went to Subway since that sounded better personally. When I walked in, I was in cosplay to save time when we got back to the hotel where the convention was. I was the only one in that Subway. When the employee walked out and saw me she got a grin and I could tell she was holding back laughs from me being in cosplay. Serious lady? I'm sure you still get in costume for Halloween.
That aside I ordered a 6 inch turkey on white bread with mayo, shredded cheese, lettuce, onions and avocado; it came out to like $9.36!! I didn't order a meal, just the sandwich! I wondered how much she charged me for that avocado because the sandwich should have only been like $6. I looked on the receipt later and it didn't even show how much extra she charged for the avocado! So I did wonder if because I was in cosplay and she thought I was mental she charged me like $3 or $4 just to add avocado when it should have only been 50 cents. Should have kept the receipt to post here, because man that's ridiculous for just a small sandwich!
I went back to Einstein Bros to order my coffee and the staff there were nothing but cool and treated me like any other customer (like how it should be). Regretted going to Subway for my food and should have just got all of it at Einstein Bros instead.
From reading others comments, your staff either needs serious training on good and proper customer service or if you were the manger, maybe you need to re-evaluate yourself and learn how to do better.
I'm a manger in retail and from my experience that day, your Subway has some major staff learning to do.

Food is usually good and veg options are fresh. Young Mexican lady working today 9/8/25 around 1pm was very kind and professional. She made my sandwich last time and she makes them really good and portioned well. I appreciate the workers here 🙏🏼

Went to this location 30mins before the posted closing time of 9:00 Pm. Door was locked and when the workers saw us, they went into the back. Pretty sure one of them was a manager. This was on 09/03/2025 at 8:30pm

Walk into a nearly empty store, about 6:30PM, nobody in line. I can hear the door ring as I walk in. Wait for approximately 5 minutes before a staff member meets me at the empty line. Proceeds not to ask me what she can get for me, but simply to stare at me and wait for me to speak (her earbuds in the whole time). Repeated this throughout the process. Another customer walked in behind me, so she made his too. Rings me up, and walks away before even giving me the receipt, which I took out of the register. It took about 15 minutes to get in and out, despite being the only person in line, and the customer service was actually offensive.

Hated the place by the first time by the way welcomed me in to the store ,with degree of bad manner and bad atmospher ,and I was treated very bad even though it was one my bestest day and with treatment of experience I had I to say they need better staffing ..........#

Walked in and was told I can’t make my food how I wanted it told me then I can’t buy extra sides like cheese guacamole tomatoes and such,,, I was pissed because he said if I bought another sandwich he could then give me the veggies I needed to make my order…
I can’t stand how people treat you customer service sucks I walked out with no food disrespected and disappointed.. I’ve eaten at subway for years and am disgusted with the service

Very poor experience. The manager was rude and repeatedly walked away while making our sandwiches, touching non food items with the same gloves used to handle our food. She loudly scolded two employees in front of customers, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Our lettuce and tomatoes looked spoiled, the tuna portion was half of what you usually get at other locations, and the meat for my cold cut had hard edges. This location needs better management and food quality control.

Sad location. Out of Onions, and most veggies looked stale and not fresh. No Italian Herbs and Cheese bread. No combo deals anymore, just very expensive and not worth the high costs for a foot long meal anymore!
