Customer service was terrible. Our sandwiches were not made correctly, or cut. They have missing and swapped ingredients. When I called the store to get the names of the workers tonight (1/15/26), I was met with rudeness and was hung up on. I believe one of them was named David. This is not the first time something like this has happened and I cannot let it slide again. I would like the owner John to be aware of this issue because it seems to be ongoing. Wish I could give negative stars!

The only friendly employee here is David. Everyone else seems to hate being at work. Aside from that the ingredients are never fresh looking, never fully stocked and this location is not even that busy. Also Please train employees to wash hands and switch gloves.

They are not clear as to what salads cost here. The menu says that a sandwich can be converted into a salad for the same price. I ordered a tuna salad and was charged almost 13 dollars. The sandwich was 7. This is highway robbery. Do not waste your time and read the reviews of this location.

Prob shouldn’t have teenage kids manning the store by themselves, first of all. We walked in and they were chilling at a table with another high school kid and it felt like we intruded on something.
We ordered 2 literal menu items and neither of them knew what they were. I said “sweet onion chicken teriyaki” and the girl just dissociated for a fat minute and then was like “sorry I don’t know what that is”???
Boyfriend got the chicken bacon ranch, the guy scanned the cheat sheet behind the counter back and forth legitimately at least 5-6 times and then asked my boyfriend what kind of cheese he wants.
Homegirl did not open my bread all the way so when she finished making it, it closed with the toppings outside of the bread.
We also both asked for the subs half-toasted, meaning half the time, and neither of them let the timer even finish so we had lukewarm not toasted at all subs.
This location is actual garbage. Almost $30 for two subs made by two children who have no business being left alone to work. Whoever manages this store sucks. Will not return to this location. We’ve been 2-3 times and every time it is either super weird or bad.

I don’t normally do reviews but the employee ‘Sonya’ was very unprofessional and petty through the entire transaction, I’m assuming her attitude is what can’t get her a job anywhere else. Food was good but the service wasn’t.

First the person ignored me for over 10 mind when I had a question about a my online order, and then when I get home to eat it, the order is completely wrong. One sandwich was made twice and it wasnt even correctly made. Very incompetent staff 8/9 around 6pm.

Service is okay nothing super spectacular. It's a Subway and the food is what you expect from the typical Subway location. The reason for the 3 star rating is every time I've gone to the Subway there's always a charity in frof the store that will approach you and ask you for money. If you try to walk out the other side of the restaurant now yell at you to get your attention to ask you for money.
I just wanna get my sandwich, comma without some random people telling me that I need to give them money for their cause. There is no way that these guys are set up without Subway's permission and they are literally there every day. I'm not trying to be mean to charities but I just want to get my food without getting harassed every time I got of the restaurant.

Just disappointed.
The lady working at 11 am on Saturday was extremely rude and made us wait 20 minutes to start our sandwich because she had 3 online orders. 20 minutes is crazy. She looked annoyed when we said we were staying and had an attitude. Would not come back here
Horrible experience every time I come here. Yesterday I ordered a sub online. The kid (only one working) changed the bread I picked, didn’t toast the sandwich, and over poured salt. When I ran in to grab my order he had a bunch of his friends hanging out in pajamas sitting at the table with them. Once I got home and realized all of his errors I called and he said he didn’t think I would mind he made my sandwich different. So I asked for a refund and he said he couldn’t do that to call back in 20. So I call back in 20 and they said “we’re busy so idk what you want me to do”. I told them I want a refund so he asked me to go down there. So I go back down and he asked if he had used the correct bread would I still want a refund? I told him yes so he finally refunded me. This location always has a bunch of kids working. Make the extra drive and go to the Ray location!!

I feel so bad for their one employee they have with 10 people in line. No help. There was A “manager” according to her shirt on duty. I tried to express my concern and she said oh that’s just a 15 minute rush we don’t have enough money to pay extra staff. She continued to say she’s not from “here” Subway is subway they should all be a team. She also was cleaning and my sandwich tasted like cleaning fluid.
me and my friends just ate here and the line was out the door . this fellow teenager xavier was working all alone and was so polite and professional despite being alone and having a long line
