Just disappointed.

The lady working at 11 am on Saturday was extremely rude and made us wait 20 minutes to start our sandwich because she had 3 online orders. 20 minutes is crazy. She looked annoyed when we said we were staying and had an attitude. Would not come back here

Horrible experience every time I come here. Yesterday I ordered a sub online. The kid (only one working) changed the bread I picked, didn’t toast the sandwich, and over poured salt. When I ran in to grab my order he had a bunch of his friends hanging out in pajamas sitting at the table with them. Once I got home and realized all of his errors I called and he said he didn’t think I would mind he made my sandwich different. So I asked for a refund and he said he couldn’t do that to call back in 20. So I call back in 20 and they said “we’re busy so idk what you want me to do”. I told them I want a refund so he asked me to go down there. So I go back down and he asked if he had used the correct bread would I still want a refund? I told him yes so he finally refunded me. This location always has a bunch of kids working. Make the extra drive and go to the Ray location!!

I feel so bad for their one employee they have with 10 people in line. No help. There was A “manager” according to her shirt on duty. I tried to express my concern and she said oh that’s just a 15 minute rush we don’t have enough money to pay extra staff. She continued to say she’s not from “here” Subway is subway they should all be a team. She also was cleaning and my sandwich tasted like cleaning fluid.

me and my friends just ate here and the line was out the door . this fellow teenager xavier was working all alone and was so polite and professional despite being alone and having a long line

I went here recently and the line was really long. Unfortunately the only person working was Xavier. His customer service was beyond amazing and efficient. He upheld great customer service and was friendly to everyone while serving them :)

I wanted to try a different sandwich then I usually get. So I got the Philly. Terrible choice. I'll never get this sandwich again. Just look at the pictures. A $12 sandwich!

Placed an online order - with 15% tip. Walked in and two employees didn’t acknowledge I existed though Inwas the only one in the store. Got home and the sandwich didn’t come close to what I ordered. Bread was super doughy. With all the sandwich chains out there these days - I’ll probably never go to subway again

Wow this location today did a amazing job from the amazing attitude, also I've never had bread so fresh and amazing. Give this lady a raise, she was also doing this solo from what I saw im impressed. Great job, and thank you for the bmts!
