They probably have the most user-friendly app in fast food. They currently have a $6.99 footlong promotion, which is a pretty good deal. The sandwiches are good, and the drive-thru service is fast.
The intercom in the drive-thru was terrible. They couldn't hear me, so I drove to the window. At the window, they told me they couldn't take my order there and that I'd have to go back through the drive-thru or come inside to place my order. I have a baby in the car, so my mother-in-law and I had to go inside one at a time to place our orders. There's no good reason why my order couldn't have been placed at the window, especially considering they couldn't...
Ilisha and Matt gave us the best service we’ve ever had at the subway in our entire lives eating at Subway’s. They went above and beyond to be friendly, kind, and accommodate our cravings, even as picky as we were lol. They did it with a smile on their face and now we have the most amazing midnight snack to put us to bed. Thank you guys so much for making our night!
