Great meal, fresh ingredients, inexpensive, large quantity, but the staff should address the guest when they come to the counter. I waited 10 minutes and had to ask to place an order, before anyone came to me. I was one of two people in the restaurant. Do better if you want repeat customers.

I’m from LA and I usually come here as a regular and the one in Phoenix is just as awesome and as friendly! The food is amazing and I always have a great experience! Second time here and the rewards really add up! I had Colin start me off first very friendly and personable and answered all my question and then Aidan helped me finish it off also answered my questions and funny too! And finishing my order was Brooke! She was very nice and helped me pay and also helped me choose the drinks they had available! I appreciate everyone and even the rest of the staff was very friendly and everyone is busy running this place which takes team work? Def coming back! Thanks guys?

Good clean option for fast food. It's on my list if I can't make it myself. I will say that they need to improve on consistency from visiting about 10 times never the same. Also really wanted to try Kfried bowl that was displayed on the menu but was told now available. ,💥 please don't display what isn't available.

I saw them making wraps (they weren't on the menu yet) but I will tell you that is not it's not going to be a good value if it's the same price for the bowls.

Well… When I first started going here probably a month and a half to two months ago the portions were much much bigger, but the last few times I’ve been I can literally see the bottom of the plate which is crazy. It seems like they’re literally 2/3 of what they used to be

Five stars for being the only healthy food option late at night when I get off of work. But … in what world does anyone want chilled roasted broccoli?! 😂 I’ve tried so many of their bowls and there is always just one thing that makes no sense. NO ONE WANTS CHILLED ROASTED BROCCOLI IN THEIR OTHERWISE WARM PROTEIN BOWL!

First time trying it, ordered a chicken pesto Parm… Pretty good and tasty..

I ordered through uber eats delivery and received salad without dressing and napkins while i requested. Its purely on store’s fault. Why would you send salad without dressing??

Everything seems to be measured quite carefully except for the red onions which was basically most of the bowl. Other ingredients were skimpy for a $13 bowl and the blackened chicken didn't taste blackened to me.
