Walking in, I was wary due to the large percentage of the crew being teens (sorry, guys, a lot of kids are doing dumb stuff at work) One woman at the counter was very polite and got my cup for me. When I went to get my drink, the ice in the lobby was empty. Once I settled in to eat my food, I saw the flattest crunchwrap I've ever seen (and I had even added stuff to it), and my taco had a hair in it. I dont think I can go back to this location 🤢

Ordered a cantina burrito with no caliente sauce. The first go around they made it with the sauce (they were pretty busy so I wasn't miffed), the guy who made the mistake gave my son a free bag of cinnamon twists which I thought was so sweet:) also I love the person with pink hair, what an icon😫🫶🏻

Management and staff do an amazing job. The food is prepared perfectly it mirrors what you see on the menu board. The staff is friendly and makes you feel welcomed. I wish the management and staff would take over the Tacobell near my home. My gratitude to the lunch staff.

It’s the closest Taco Bell to us, and that’s the only reason we keep coming back. Order accuracy is about 15-20%, so you’re essentially gambling with your money here. My wife and I actually enjoy coming here and betting on whether the order will be correct or not. It’s gotten to the point where we’ve started keeping an Excel spreadsheet to track their accuracy, just for fun.
The joke’s on me for continuing to return to this location, but it’s almost comical how bad they are at getting orders right, it almost feels like they deliberately mess up your order. Make sure you check your bag before leaving the drive-thru window—take your time.

I have been living on the side of town and ordering from thisTaco Bell for the last three years and they have consistently been mediocre. I’ve tried ordering going in person ordering through the Uber Eatsapp. It’s like the people that work there just throw the food together and just like throw it in the bag it’s disgusting and I’m a rewards member. I wanted to try the new decades special that came out but this store makes it a point and makes sure that your food looks disgusting and that you don’t wanna order from them. I wish corporate would do something about this store because the food is awful.
