The food was delicious, was very appealing, and you can tell that they take pride in how their food is presented. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. We received our food fast.

This establishment is one of the worst taco bells across this nation...comparing to the numerous taco bells between Arizona and Missouri I have visited and realizing my local taco bell doesn't even try it seems. Pinto beans are always dry and old, tacos cold soggy and inedible and seemly premade, simple items consistently wrong to the point I drive to another town for taco bell. The management at this store is also rude, disrespectful and unprofessional!

The worst Taco Bell ever !!! They are not taking care with people. They are serving only drive through customers not dine in or DoorDash orders. I didn’t see that kind of employers before in anywhere

It’s the same as usual. Food is good, service is nice. Today, it was very, very busy. It took my order a little over 30 minutes. Why the 5 star review? Well, others would leave angry, some would be rude. I was watching them work. Hands moving non stop. They were doing all they can logically handle. The staff deserved the 5 stars and they will take it. Great staff, hard workers.

UberEats (5 stars) its the usual wait. Now that i saw them working. I don’t mind the wait.

In the past year or so they've got all of my orders right and the food has been clean while the soda fountain has been bubbly and apparently quite fresh. It's usually almost empty and a good place to sit and browse the web. It's a pretty good Taco Bell.

Talk about PERFECT customer service! I didn’t get the manager’s name, but I walked into this Taco Bell after making a mobile order, only realizing as the manager was assisting me that the order went to a different Taco Bell 30 miles away! lol. As I was worried and wondering how to cancel it, so to redo my order, this kind gentleman comped my 2 items from my order. I didn’t expect that. Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service. ☺️

Do not order online. The system gave me something completely different (always open the wrapping) I ordered the custom box: chips cheese, gordita crunch, hard shell taco and a Baja blast. The system said I ordered a burrito w/o beans, chalupa, Baja blast, and chips and cheese. When I opened the box, I saw the chips and cheese and thought the rest was correct too. Plus I had the right drink. I got home to find that all was not correct. To make matters worse they didn't email the receipt. The food tasted like it was suppose to, but it's not what I wanted/liked. I want beans and not sourcream. The only thing I ate was the chalupa and chips.

I placed an order through the drive-thru and paid in cash, as I was informed that cards were not being accepted. The cashier took my order, provided the drinks, and instructed me to park in front to wait for my food. After 25 minutes, an employee came out and informed me that they were experiencing a system issue and could not locate my order. I requested a refund, but was told I needed a receipt. Unfortunately, the cashier who took my order had never provided me one. I was then told that they could not refund my money and that they were still trying to find a solution.

I ended up waiting for over an hour without resolution, while I observed other customers being served through the drive-thru. When I returned to the drive-thru to follow up, I was again told that they could not provide my food because the order could not be found. Eventually, after more than an hour, I was handed a bag containing a poorly prepared with my receipt that they hadn’t given me until that moment , careless order that I discarded immediately.

This experience reflects an unacceptable level of disrespect and irresponsibility toward customers. I not only lost my money, but also my time, and was treated in a dismissive manner.

Go there alot for the kiddos and they have yet to screw up one order. Always nice and professional! There food tastes fresh each time. Very clean as well! Trusty oh taco Bell!
