I placed an order through the drive-thru and paid in cash, as I was informed that cards were not being accepted. The cashier took my order, provided the drinks, and instructed me to park in front to wait for my food. After 25 minutes, an employee came out and informed me that they were experiencing a system issue and could not locate my order. I requested a refund, but was told I needed a receipt. Unfortunately, the cashier who took my order had never provided me one. I was then told that they could not refund my money and that they were still trying to find a solution.
I ended up waiting for over an hour without resolution, while I observed other customers being served through the drive-thru. When I returned to the drive-thru to follow up, I was again told that they could not provide my food because the order could not be found. Eventually, after more than an hour, I was handed a bag containing a poorly prepared with my receipt that they hadn’t given me until that moment , careless order that I discarded immediately.
This experience reflects an unacceptable level of disrespect and irresponsibility toward customers. I not only lost my money, but also my time, and was treated in a dismissive manner.

The first time I have a coffee later in the day and thay make it good its usually hit or miss with taco bell coffee but at this one its good. The guy was nice he gave me a bigger cup for the deal.

Come in for a DoorDash order and I had to wait a long time, despite no one in the drive-thur or inside. Staff talking about dental hygiene instead of working.
Have been going here for a while and this last time was the worst went in at around noon ordered the new 10 pc nuggets looks like they've been sitting in a heat drawer for way too long out of the five times I've ordered these they were only fresh 1 time

Walking in, I was wary due to the large percentage of the crew being teens (sorry, guys, a lot of kids are doing dumb stuff at work) One woman at the counter was very polite and got my cup for me. When I went to get my drink, the ice in the lobby was empty. Once I settled in to eat my food, I saw the flattest crunchwrap I've ever seen (and I had even added stuff to it), and my taco had a hair in it. I dont think I can go back to this location 🤢

Ordered a cantina burrito with no caliente sauce. The first go around they made it with the sauce (they were pretty busy so I wasn't miffed), the guy who made the mistake gave my son a free bag of cinnamon twists which I thought was so sweet:) also I love the person with pink hair, what an icon😫🫶🏻
