Ordered 10 mild and 15 fire sauces with my delivery order. Received 4 mild and 4 hot. I use all of the sauce I ask for. Do not short customers just because you may think its more than I need. Follow orders and provide the same amount of sauce packets they order.

This location is hit or miss. On my recent order I asked for extra nacho cheese and extra sour cream on a Crunchwrap and not only was there no extra sour cream or nacho cheese, there wasn’t any at all. So glad I paid $2 more to have extra and then not get it. Also asked for the “hot” sauce and they only provided “fire”. I used the app to order so there should have been no confusion. Normally I wouldn’t write a review for this, but this isn’t the first time I’ve paid more to have “extra” and not have any. Guess lesson learned this time.

Very bad experience , called location and spoke with someone with the name April . She was very rude and unprofessional . She laughed on the phone in the middle of our conversation . I called and let her know we had been given the wrong soda and she laughed again . Then said well you can come back I mentioned we were already home and she proceeded to laugh and say well I’m here tomorrow everyday blah blah blah and I asked if she could write my name down and we can come back another day , as she was getting our info I also let her know she gave us the wrong sauce and she said “ human error “ no apology no empathy , nothing just a smart remark . I will never go to this location again . Also let’s not forget to mention we spent over 40$ just to hear that response . Very poor customer service . Do better April

I spent $15 for a Mexican pizza meal and a beef and cheese only burrito. First of all the burrito had beans very little beef and no cheese. The tacos were soggy and tasted like there was some type of chemical on them. The Mexican pizza tasted spoiled. I ended up throwing the whole meal away because I didn't want to get sick. I will not go back. Please don't waste your money. You will be very disappointed in the food. It was horrible! I wish I had read all the other reviews before going.

Just once I would like to get everything that I ordered and paid for. But I guess this is on me since I have gone back several times thinking the outcome would be different.

They almost doubled all of their prices, run out of items and it seems like they replaced staff recently. I tried to buy a box that included a Doritos Locos Taco, they were out of them so they offered to replace it with a regular taco. How does that make sense? Why would I take a cheaper item because you ran out?

We have a big family and just went through the drive thru and ordered 20 of the new tacos for $91! These tacos were horribly made. Almost no ingredients inside and thrown together. Maybe worth 50 cents in size and ingredients. So we were highly disappointed to pay $4.50 a taco for what should have been like a chalupa size. Awful!!!! And broke for no satisfaction. Our whole family super dissatisfied and won’t be going back!!! ? gonna lose ALOT of service in Laveen cause it used to be our big family’s favorite meal.

The people here are generally pretty great, but the food quality has suffered lately. Stale chips in the nachos. Stake Gordita shells…I’m still pissed they took away the meximelt. That was the best thing they ever had on the menu, though it was overpriced for a steamed taco with no lettuce.Really tired of them constantly screwing with the core menu I grew up with. Then, when they do come up with a delicious new creation it’s always a limited time item.Maybe it helps bring in the occasional Taco Bell eater, but for the life long hard core fans it just feels disrespectful.
