The people here are generally pretty great, but the food quality has suffered lately. Stale chips in the nachos. Stake Gordita shells…I’m still pissed they took away the meximelt. That was the best thing they ever had on the menu, though it was overpriced for a steamed taco with no lettuce.Really tired of them constantly screwing with the core menu I grew up with. The staff you speak with is nice. Food is good, it's taco bell. For some reason when I order through taco bell they always forget the cinnabon delights. I order at night and thought they were just out so I ordered a few weeks later during the day and got the big pack and they didn't include them either. Turns out they are only a breakfast item but they don't tell you anywhere on the apps, so when you order it they don't refund you or tell you they just don't give you any and keep...read full review

I Was in the second drive through line and was skipped 3 times. While the employee helped other cars in line one. I was there before the other cars pulled up. Then when I told the person who finally come on speaker. He totally ignored what I said and just kept say "anything els" after every item I was ordering. I would tell you when I'm done ordering.
