I have come to this location for 14 years now and I have to say the last couple years have been off. My main concern is that I always order the 12 pack party pack and every time for the last 4 years my order has been made wrong and i'm charged for the add ons of extra beef and extra cheese and no Lettuce on all 12 tacos and the price is always 40 plus bucks. All the tacos in the box were right but the ones in front were all made like regular tacos without the add ons or modifications....

I placed a mobile order in the app to take home. Unfortunately, when we got home we noticed one item missing from the drive through, a cinnabon 12 piece, about $8 total with tax. I called the next day and spoke with the manager on duty who had amazing customer service and made it right. I understand that mistakes happen and the item was missed, and partially my fault for not parking and checking the order before I left, but the managers attitude and actions the next day restored...
