This is gonna sound harsh, but I won't eat at this TB again. It's in pretty bad shape. There are now hiring signs all over the building. There's a sign on the counter that forces you to order on the kiosks, even though there were 4 employees standing around chatting. It's clear to see the poor maintenance of this location. The windows look like they were wiped with a dirty SOS pad, the floors have dirty mop streaks in them like they've never seen fresh soapy water and need to be deck brushed. The legs of the furniture are caked in build up, including the 'mop high' dirt line on the base tile in the lobby. The part that concerns me most is the stuff we CAN see is pretty gross, what does the kitchen look like that we CAN'T see?

Everytime I ordered food at this location, they shove your food full if lettuce when you ask for EASY lettuce. If you want a lettuce taco, then this place is fot you!!!!! Then forget about any extra cheese you pay 2.00 for extra cheese for a little pinch of cheese. Also they put very little meat. Then to top it off they give you no reciept!! Worst Taco Bell Ever!!

I've been going here for YEARS. Luis used to be the manager and he was awesome but clearly the restaurant is in good hands!! Ms. Dena the manager was totally understanding to my "picky" ways (prefer my mexican pizza crispy) and made sure my food was exactly the way I wanted. She also informed me of exactly how to order it from now on to always be satisfied!! Absolute sweetheart! Michael went out of his way to acknowledge and help me and was very kind. Also there was a really sweet pregnant girl that I gotta give major props to for working so hard!! As an employee in the customer service/serving industry i can say im highly impressed. Night shift on Sunday September 8th absolutely kills it, from the ones who are making the food to the ones that are taking and giving out orders. All in all a 5/5 experience!

Food was not consistent. Ordered a quesadilla n half was stuffed with chicken n cheese n the other half was empty. Tacos were cold n one taco was stuffed with meat, Lettuce, n cheese. The other was a Lettuce taco (hardly any meat or cheese)
Absolutely the worst BELL Ever.. I have never ordered here without something being omitted from my purchase.. they do this regularly and when you call then out on it.. they blame you as you must be mistaken. Plus pretty sure manager has a predudous chip on their shoulder. Just don't like culture at this location as it seems Toxic to consistently blame your guests that they or I must be mistaken as all items were in the Bag. We'll I picked up the order and No they were not there....Each Time!!. How many times must this happen before you realize they is a proplem.. are your workers eating my missing items?.. just Wild. I will drive further to find on Honest Taco Bell .

I don’t think I’ve ever reviewed a fast food place before. I feel like most people only want to review if it’s bad. But in Phoenix I’ve found most food service to be very lacking. This Taco Bell has been pretty consistently good in my experience. I come here quite often bc I can usually count on the order being accurate. There’s has been a time or 2 where there were small discrepancies, missing an extra cheese cup, sour cream on something that was ordered without (that’s for my roomy who despises sour cream and goes into a rage if they put it on lol). The people are usually decently nice too, sometimes they seem like they’re over it but I’ve never gotten attitude. Thankfully this is close to me so it’s just a trustworthy go to for when I don’t feel like cooking.

The beans are VERY dry. I ordered a bean burrito and bit off a dried lump of beans. The nacho bell grande, the chips had a burned taste. This was one of the worst places and will never eat here again.

I paid over a dollar for a 2oz container of gauc and I got a literal teaspoon. I shouldn't have to check every single detail of my order to hope it's correct.
