4/25/25, at 10:27,I Have lived less than 1 minutes from this location for over a year. I have always had perfect service.TONIGHT DEFINITELY NOT. This male employee at the drive through was unresponsive, rude, and aggressive. When I came back and said my order was wrong and missing items he said he would call the cops on me. What the actual F.Receipt cashier name: LauraUpdate. They told me to keep the food, and it was CRAP. I attached a photo of the taco. "Fresh" opened. 5 potato 'pieces' in that Tortilla. It literally looked sad.

It's the worst experience of my life do not eat here there's a manager named Maria who is refusing to replace my order that she messed up and if you're going to have rude inconsiderate unreliable untrustworthy managers who argue with you to the blue in the face about two soft tacos that she messed up on and would not take credit for her mistake I do not recommend eating here go down the street to the next one where they're actually honest about their work you got this Maria check up here who messes up orders and and lies about it and will not refuse to correct it so like I said a problem is it a problem until you refuse to collect I know for a fact from working there that she's not allowed to refuse you when she messed up your order and she exactly what she did she argue with me about two soft tacos for half an hour clean to see my bank statements I think there's an acceptable and unfair Taco Bell and if you don't reach out back to me I will reach out to court for myself I want my money for my soft tacos that Maria robbed me. It's like how many bad reviews do you have to get how many people have to complain before you fired this Maria I'm ready to go home and get my baseball bat and go up there and smash your lights lights out for humiliating me in the one day somebody's going to retaliate and you guys aren't going to like it

Stopped by here the other day on the way to work and ordered a customized Crunchwrap and it came out perfect! Most locations mess it up or something, this one was delicious and correct! Definitely going to have to stop by more often.

My best friend and I came in to have dinner we ordered at the Kiosk my food was not as advertised when she asked the guy at the register to check the amount that she gave him he replied that's not my job. When she tried to report it to what she was told was the manager the other employee to her nothing would happen to him cause he was the manager he then told us after we had bought food and were attempting to eat that we were trespassing the employees are rude there is no customer service if I could give zero stars I would I will not be returning to this store

They refuse to take your order and direct you to a kiosk.Cash customers as myself will always refuse. That's just horrible customer service.
