I put in a mobile pick up order and when I went to pick it up, I asked to try a couple of the new sauces that they had for the new chicken nuggets I ordered, but when they tried to charge me for it I declined, because I'd never had to pay extra for sauce before.
When I got home, I went to grab the sauces I apparently paid for, but unfortunately they were not included in the bag. The food was cold, even though I picked it up relatively fast after ordering...

Ordered online and when we were ordering we messed up and ordered the wrong drink, once I got to taco bell I explained what happened and even though he couldn't do anything cause we ordered off the app, he still message it right other ways, great customer service.
