Ordered online and when we were ordering we messed up and ordered the wrong drink, once I got to taco bell I explained what happened and even though he couldn't do anything cause we ordered off the app, he still message it right other ways, great customer service.
They always recognize me and are happy to see me, even though I only go randomly! Amazing service. The ONLY Taco Bell that's never gotten a single order I've ever placed incorrectly or missed food I ordered in the take out bags. What more can you ask for?
