This Taco Bell Cantina is conveniently located right next to the phoenix arena. It's kind of dirty, but it is downtown and open till really late, so understandable. The food was really good though and it hit the spot. It is super packed but they have to clerks upfront and two kiosks past the entry way so it goes pretty fast.
