Woweee! Terrific surprise for Airport food! Super flavorful 3 Tacos Combo! I had the Calabacitas taco, Chiwas taco and the Carnitas taco! But the icing on the cake was the awesome Bartender Ari! She was helpful and fast!

Unacceptable and Disrespectful Service
My friend simply asked the cashier to check the bill to confirm if her drink was included — a normal, reasonable question. He responded “I don’t believe you paid for it, but take it.” That’s not just rude — it’s accusatory and demeaning.
There’s no excuse for speaking to a paying customer that way. Instead of taking two seconds to verify the order, the cashier chose to imply dishonesty. It showed zero professionalism or respect.
We left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. If this is how staff are trained to handle a basic customer inquiry, management seriously needs to step in. We will be telling others to take their business elsewhere.

This place isn't gonna last. The service is the worst I've ever experienced, from the cashier to the bagger. I paid 2$ for cheese, and they barely put any on my chirisso breakfast burrito. When I asked for all 3 salsa, the bagger said he could only give me 2. I'd have to pay 3$ for a large one if I wanted extra. He was extremely rude about it. Said they are cracking down on giving out salsa because of the cost of the food (which to me already is way too, overpriced). Understandable, however this was the first time I had ever been there. I don't know what salsa flavor I like yet. Also, 2 isn't enough for the burrito. If you want me to come often, let me try them, and be nice! Rudeness is all it takes to ruin a successful business. I give this place a year tops before it loses money and forced to shut down. Oh, and he only gave me one napkin to top it off...lol talk about top tear customer service. SMH

I love the tacos Chiwas in Mesa so I was excited to come here but I did not even finish my meal. I ordered the bean and cheese burrito and the beans had ZERO flavor and cheese was not melted. The tortilla also did not taste the same. Meh.

Food is ok but the service is slow! Lots of talking and laughing amongst the employees. If you’re on a schedule, or have a flight to catch may want to reconsider.

I don't write many reviews, especially for airport restaurants, but this place was incredible. The ordering and speed of service was excellent. The food was DELICIOUS. I honestly haven't had good tacos like that in a really long time. I ordered the carne asada tacos. The meat was juicy, tender and flavorful. The onions and veggies were tasty. The red hot sauce was just spicy enough. Truly excellently prepared by Garner. When I fly back through Phoenix I will be returning.
Where do I begin?! Travis the bartender was absolutely amazing!! The margs he made us were DELICIOUS!! On top of that the vibes and music were top tier 10000%. We missed our flight and this definitely made it worth it! The manager Aaron even swung by to ensure we were having a good time! Will definitely be back next time we’re in terminal 4 if these 2 are here!

Travis was such a great bartender and the Selena music this morning was amazing before our trip to Chicago! The manager Aaron stopped by and ensured we enjoyed ourselves and we definitely were! We will be returning to this place any flights we have out of terminal 4 in the future!!

I ordered tacos and sat at the bar and open my box of tacos and little fruit flies flew out there was a dead fruit fly on the cilantro that showed it to the manager and they gave me a credit but the bartender tried to say I made it up
