The food was authentic. We ordered pork chop bento and beef noodle soup. The pork chop bento had a good amount of rice (although I wish they poured more sauce on the rice and cut the pork chop completely) and the beef in the noodle soup were so tender and delicious. The Taiwanese staff were nice and friendly. I would recommend this place if I ever come back to Phoenix.
Our first time trying Taiwan Mama. We arrived before noon on a Saturday and we were the first dine-in customers (staff was working on takeout orders in the kitchen when we arrived). The young lady who helped us was very kind and gave us recommendations and a small strawberry smoothie for my kid. I've been there twice, both times to hang out with friends. Their drinks are amazing, the popcorn chicken and Fried Tempura are delicious too. The important thing is that there is plenty of parking and no dining time restrictions.
