As a committed Roman Catholic (and before you ask, yes, I've been to Rome). The most alcohol I've ever had was a small cup of dry red wine during Mass. While I do wholeheartedly believe that drunkenness is a sin, I make a point to stop by Tap That every other Tuesday for Trivia, and to try a new beer. 10/10, would tap that again.
Found this spot during a quick search and so glad we stopped. The Guacamole Burger was amazing. I don’t know how the chef does it but the burger stays in tact without all of the ingredients sliding onto the plate after your first bite.

I went to Tap That brewery expecting bar food and beer, and instead found wings that tasted straight out of a Michelin-star kitchen. The lemon pepper wings came out piping hot with a perfectly crisp skin that gave way to tender, juicy meat in every bite. The seasoning had multiple layers of heavenly delicious flavor of bright lemon, a slow-building pepper kick, and a buttery, savory finish that lingered without ever feeling heavy.
