“Went around 4-4:45pm on Wednesday so I know it wasn't peak hours or anything but wow, from the second we walked in till after I paid the bill we got our drinks and appetizer extremely fast and the main food came out in less than 10 minutes after ordering it and was delicious, I am extremely impressed at how efficient this location was and the staff was all amazing from the greeter to the waiter to the cooks. We were very well taken care of. Will be back again. Bonus pic of the biggest crouton I've ever seen lol“

“Busy on a Tuesday night! Good to see people still out enjoying good 'ol American chain restaurants & other than getting the comfort Triple Dipper (insisted by table mates) made well and tasty it's the service at this location that make the night great. About $40 for 1 triple Dipper & 2 beers with tip.“

“Went to Chico Malo to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday and everything was outstanding! I noted in our reservation the special occasion and everyone at the restaurant made sure to give my husband birthday wishes - so special. Our waitress Brittney was next level and gave us excellent recommendations. The food was nothing I can even describe it was so unbelievable and I am dreaming of when we can go back. Then to top it all off Brittney brought out sparklers and the most delicious bowl of ice cream for desert to celebrate my husbands big day. Highly, highly recommend this restaurant!! Five stars is not enough.“

“I immediately enjoy the energetic Decor in color and the atmosphere felt peaceful and inviting the food was amazing. I enjoyed the kiosk ordering system. The food came out quickly and hot. I enjoyed how the queso had fresh ingredients on top so that so that we could mix it before eating the tortillas were delicious crisp light can't wait to go back. I ordered the chicken fajita Taco, my counterpart ordered a shrimp taco. Affordable“

“I don't think the 2 most recent reviews are truthful. I eat here once a week. This is an amazing taco shop. They way they make your food to order is awesome. Like chipotle but actually good. You order they turn around and make your burrito/tacos and then move down the line of toppings/salsa.Every vege and sauce is soo flavorful.They even have pickled onions!I could have just reported them but that doesn't show how wrong they are. Below are WHY they are inaccurate, or just lies.The most recent, said they used a microwave. Which no, they do not, you order, they turn around and grill.The 2nd one is just inaccurate; the way they described ordering isn't correct with how this restaurant does it. You order what you want any they turn around and make it before moving down the line for toppings. So you don't even sit down before getting your food.“
“My son and I went yesterday, everything we had was very good; so good we went back today. Unfortunately, we both wanted carne asada burritos, but they told my son they we're not making them today! Maybe they we're out of tortillas. We will definitely be back tho!“

“Third time in and I can assure you they do not put as much care into the look of the food as what the videos and pictures show. The last time in was last week. The service was incredibly slow. the food was slop on foam plates. I just don't know what is happening to this place. I have had better food at chain restaurants. If you want good Mexican food, this isn't the place to go. It is very unfortunate.“
