Im sorry but tell me why it takes these guys 30 minutes to get me and my partners food? He ordered a fried rice and whoever is in the kitchen has the heaviest hand on spice. Like good god. We usually do a medium level. But this felt like the spicest level of heat. We had to send our food back just for it to then out burned and overcooked. Whoever is managing this location for the love of all that is my being retrain your workers how to be good at customer service. Becuase this was atrocious.

Posted this review 12/11/25-Not a 5 star review. 1 star only. Very stingy with their chicken portions & pieces, very excessive with the bell peppers and stringy, skinny onions. This location is very inconsistent unfortunately. I paid for extra sauce and as you can see from my picture I got the exact opposite. They use teensy tiny bits of chicken and very small amounts. Literally fishing around just for a nibble of protein to enjoy. It's just this location because I've been to other Thai Chili locations and have had great experiences. I'm done with this location. Not worth it.

Food tastes good but the rice bowl is like 90% rice with almost offensively little “toppings” there should be more substance for $12-$15

This is the last time I'm going to this location, but I thought I'd give it one more try. The food used to be good several months back and now the chicken is overcooked and dry, at times I swear there is less chicken than before and the fried rice is almost mushy like they added too much soy sauce. Did they change cooks? I answered the questions (3 times) when they ask for feedback via text and all they say is sorry.

There was a special WTF6 for $3 off using the app on the vegetable fried rice but I forgot to add it before I paid. When I arrived I told them about it and they couldn't do anything, so I asked If they could give me a spring roll (2 of them sell for $4), they said no. The person at the counter was at best was aloof, and couldn't care less.

I'm going to try a diff location even if I have to drive further.

The food is good and the people are friendly. This is a take away place for sure. The reason for a low service rating is that they have always gotten something wrong with the order. Usually it’s minor like giving white rice when you selected brown. But they’ve also forgotten to add the protein to the dish. When you find out at home it kind of ruins dinner unless you can share with someone else. When I have called about missing items they apologize but don’t offer to do anything to make it right so that’s frustrating. All in all a thumbs up unless the messed up items drive you crazy.

Large portion of rice, very very little portion size of protein. I literally was searching for the chicken. Not worth the price if ur going to charge for protein separately and be skimpy with it. Its basically a big bowl of rice with sprinkles of chicken

they skimp on chicken and the box is half fulll now

Decent food, definitely not my favorite but does the job in a pinch and especially if you’re on a budget. Drunken noodles didn’t taste very authentic to me and I didn’t expect them to, but it’s disappointing nonetheless.
