We love Thai Delight. We have been coming here for 4 years and have never had a bad meal. Tonight we had a pumpkin curry and a red curry. Both were large portions and delicious. The coconut ice cream at the end really adds to the experience. I wish we lived closer so we could go more often.

My neighbor and I who live in North Scottsdale both did a challenge to try to find the best panang curry in AZ because we both love it. For a few months every couple of days one of us had to get some and we traveled far and wide. After trying somewhere between 30-40 we both agreed this place has the best and it's not even close. 2 years later and I still go and drive 40 minutes each way at least every 2 weeks to pick it up, it's that good.

Went there for the first time and will not go back. Our server was very rude. All of our food came out at separate times with the last person in our party receiving their food 20 mins after the 1st person received theirs. Also they charge a 3.5% fee to use a credit card. Poor business practice. Will NOT be going back.

We do takeout here about every other month. Dine in on occasion. Great food to feed a lot of people. But this last time I was here was very degrading. I eat gluten free. They would not give me a bowl of curry and rice for about 40 minutes. I sat at the table while my employees ate their food, gave me a plate with lettuce on it, then I had to wait 40 minutes before they handed me a handwritten letter for me to sign saying I wouldn’t hold them liable if there was gluten in my curry. After eating here so frequently and bringing employees to the facility after telling them how good it was, it was really embarrassing! Makes me hesitant to come again.

Cute, clean restaurant with easy parking. Greeted by friendly woman who was taking orders, running food, refilling glasses, cashing people out, and managing the take out orders. It was not too busy (which is what I was looking for) so it seemed very manageable.

As appetizers, I ordered the crispy egg rolls (X5 pieces) and the fried calamari (X10 pieces). Portions were generous. Both the egg rolls and calamari were tasty and served with sweet and sour sauce. I was initially worried because my first piece of calamari was rubbery but the other 3 pieces I ate were great. I had 3 egg rolls & 6 pieces of calamari left over which will crisp up nice in the air fryer for dinner tomorrow.

As my main dish, I ordered pad see yew with chicken (spicy = 2 / medium). Very generous serving size with leftovers for lunch tomorrow (most likely 2 lunches!). The level 2 spice had warmth but wasn't hot enough to make my nose run. It was a very flavorful dish. If I had chili paste at the table, I probably would have gotten bolder and added a little more heat by the end of my meal (see below). I have learned, however, to choose the lower of 2 levels of spice when I'm not sure. It's much easier to add a little more than to enjoy your meal with your mouth on fire!

A spoonful of coconut ice crab was included as dessert. I don't remember the last time I had ice cream so it was a yummy treat!

Thai Delight offers a lunch menu which I always love and like to know about. I came on a Sunday so the lunch menu was not available so I'll have to return during the week sometime.

I had a few comments which made my review 4 stars instead of 5:

There are no condiments on the table. I'm sure they would have brought me some but I sometimes like to doctor my food during the meal to play with flavor and heat so I like the condiments at the table (i.e soy sauce, chili paste).

The appetizers were brought at the same time as the pad see yew. Sometimes, when restaurants prepare food very quickly, this happens, but I waited a decent amount of time for my food. I think this could have been timed better.

They charge an extra 3.5% "convenience" fee for credit cards and debit cards. It seems like this is becoming more common, which I find incredibly annoying. Paying the credit card company is YOUR tax deductible cost of doing business as a restaurant! I don't know the last time I paid with cash and many more people are moving to cashless forms of payment. Everyone's expenses are going up. I'm providing you with business and I spent a decent amount of money here and I am a generous tipper. I don't need to be paying for your fees too! I'm starting to keep track so I only go to restaurants who don't pass yet another cost and INconvenience on to me.

I got food poisoning from this place. I also spent the night in the hospital due to excessive vomiting and diarrhea. I call to speak to the manager regarding the food and they did nothing but use profanity and hung up on me. Now all I want is a refund of my $45. Don’t go here and eat!!! You might spend the night in the hospital!!! Be warned!!

Love this place! Tom Yum soup, panang curry, and the coconut ice cream are my go to options but everything I have tried has been very good. Service is always great.

I honestly don't know what is going on here. There is one lady that makes this place insufferable to deal with. There are to many other Thai places in the area to deal with this nonsene. I have noticed in the reviews that multiple others are having similar issues with this lady as well. She is going to be the reason this place shuts down.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Thai restaurant. We politely asked for vegetables in our soup and curry. Server said, we can't add any extra what we have is what we put. Terribly rude answer. When food came, we noticed they were missing veggies. Our veggie tom yum had NO veggies!. When we inquired about it, the server shockingly took our dishes and rudely told us to leave. This was by far the worst dining experience we've ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I didn't even know it's possible to be kicked out of a restaurant simply for requesting veggie in your soup!!

Great food, delicious! Been here a couple of times now and each time has been great!

Got the Crab Puffs, Grilled Pork, Thai Fried Rice, and Pad See Ew. All were excellent. Had the Drunken Noodles last time.

The Coconut ice cream is also great! Strong recommend!
