Convenient to the airport, over and above service from front desk staff and a welcome smile or greeting from each employee. The rooms were clean and dining options are fairly easy to drive to. Parking around the building is plentiful but not super convenient when you are moving a good distance bringing luggage over the rocky, sandy parking lot. We did not have need of the shuttle to the airport so no information on how well that works for travelers. The location worked well for...
Phoenix gets very busy and this was one of the hotels I could find with a reasonable price. We loved our comfortable room and the beds were dreamy as we had no problem falling asleep. Let me mention one important thing do not get a room near an exit door. Starting at 530am all I could hear were people talking down the hallway as they left and that dam door slamming when they were leaving. I'll take one star away for that annoying door.
It was a convenient location for me to rest my head as my company’s headquarters is across the street. However, it was not very clean and the Bistro on site is only open 3 hours a day. My shower had soap still stuck to it and a nasty cup with cigarette butts that was left on the balcony.
