Karime deserves a raise or a promotion. She was the only person working there and was taking, preparing, and serving everyone’s order all by herself. It was a long wait sure but she handled it like a champ. Food was great.
There is one girl working in the store all by herself. She is so professional and kind. The owner should appreciate this girl. I don't know how she does it. Bravo to her! My daughter and I appreciate her hard work ethic!
We liked this place, however, it is clear it is closing down. The reduced hours, only one person working even though it was really busy. The reason the service is ranked low is because the one worker trying to do everything, could not. They had to cook nonstop even though the tables were dirty, the ordering tablet is filthy, the soda syrups were low or non-existent. They already started stripping the store. The hours of operation were cut back. The shake machine was taken...
