We dined here for a special occasion and had a wonderful time. Jade was an amazing waitress and remember us from a previous visit. She made us feel very welcome and made our evening special. We were sat in their wine room which was absolutely perfect for our evening. The food was delicious and the wine offerings had bottles from our favorite wineries.

This place definitely had the vibe down - swanky atmosphere, attentive service, all the trimmings of a high-end experience. The price tag matched, too. But here's the thing: the food itself was just, well, okay. My steak wasn't cooked quite right, and the sides, while tasty, weren't anything mind-blowing. Don't get me wrong, it was all perfectly decent, but for a restaurant that positions itself as top-tier, I was expecting something more exceptional.Finding parking on a Friday night was a nightmare, but that's not really their fault. Still, it added to the feeling that the night wasn't quite living up to the hype.Overall, a good experience, but not quite great. If you're looking for an undeniably chic night out, this could be your spot. But if you're solely focused on phenomenal food, you might want to keep searching.

We were with another couple, and it was the anniversary of both couples. We had exceptional service and most everyone in the restaurant staff noted that it was our anniversary! The food was incredible and so was the ambience.

The Capital Grill is always a favorite of mine but last night there was a table of 8 men next to the booth I sat with my girlfriend. They were so loud that I could not have a conversation with her. The food and service were top notch but the volume of the neighboring table put a damper on our evening.

I almost always have a great experience at Capital Grille. The staff are amazing! Their recommendations are on point with my mood for that day. Lol. The atmosphere in the bar area keeps me coming back. It's a great place to stop in after work to allow the traffic to die down. ...and the food (chef's kiss). I have had several different entrees; each time, the food was prepared to order. Excellence at its best. Valet and lot parking available.

I attended a dinner a few nights ago where I was served undercooked salmon; I hadn’t noticed how undercooked it was until after eating a fair amount of it. While I appreciated the prompt response from the staff, the only solution offered was to put the salmon back on the grill.This did result in me becoming sick since the dinner. I’ve been home and missing work because of the undercooked food. Please check to make sure your food is cooked appropriately once they serve it to you!This was not my first visit and the staff are always friendly and accommodating but this was an unfortunate situation.
