Though quite busy we were sat almost immediately upon arrival albeit in the dining room instead of the high top as requested in the reservation, though it worked out as it was a little more quiet than the bar area. Our waiter Chase was very attentive and dropped by often to check on us. Our drinks were brought out promptly and we never wanted for anything. It is true what the New York Times recently said - brunch is dead. I made reservations for 11 on Saturday expecting it to be busy. We were one of only three tables in the restaurant. The food was good. The service was good. price for brunch was good.
We love the Collins for Dinner, we decided to try brunch and it was 12 out of 10 We had a wonderful experience! Service is always great, there was not a lot of people and we like that, the winner of the day are the pancakes we shared as a starter my new favorite! Recommended for couples or even family brunch 💕
