WOW!! This place is special and a true Arcadia Gem. It started with a perfect friday night on the patio. Jack was our server and he was 11 out of 10. It is restaurant week and we were treated to one of the best meals I have ever had. Started with 6 Raw oysters, these were some of the best oysters, perfect blend of cocktail sauce and horseradish. Quick seating. Our server was attentive and friendly. Food tasted fresh. Our group had the pancakes, crab cakes, Caesar salad and chocolate mouse pie.

The food at the Collin’s is good! We love to get the shrimp cocktail, and they have solid drinks too.
The last few times we’ve gone in the service has been lacking and we’ve found ourselves waiting to put in food, drinks and grab the check — I’m not sure if they aren’t staffed up with the right number of servers. The atmosphere is also super loud. They might benefit from sound absorbing materials someplace in the bar area.
