We had the same bartender two days during a very busy (final four) weekend. Alex gives top tier service even under stress/high volume. He handled pressure with ease and is so warm and welcoming to guests. We can’t say enough good things about him! The Desmond is lucky to have him!
Not the best dining experience. Server was great but we waited a while for our food. Let’s just say three tables got there well after us, ordered after us but got their food before us. One of those tables was a family of four. There was two of us. We ordered an appetizer, sandwich and a burger. Waited about 35mins for our food. The soggy cheese curds came around 20mins after we ordered. (Go to Culver’s for those)
