Very very slow service. Nachos arrived barely warm, with a frozen French fry under the cheese.Would not recommend.

we reserved a table for 4 before game 5 of the World Series. it does not seem they were prepared for this event. While waiting in line the host gave our reserved table to a couple who had no reservation. since it was the last table indoors they proceeded to seat us outside. this would have been great if it was nighttime. it was two o'clock. the sun was blazing hot and there was absolutely no shade anywhere outside. the menu prices were jacked up from the previous week and ridiculously inflated. the food was mediocre at best. the $40 surf and turf nachos were lacking in surf and turf with a big glob of semi-melted cheese. very bland and boring and not a good presentation. the wings were ok but we were given one small plastic cup of dressing to share with 4 people. the service was extremely slow. we wanted to order more drinks and food but the waiter never came back. we did voice our complaint about our table being given away. the host said he would buy us a round of drinks. he never followed through and when we asked the waiter about it he didn't know anything and didn't bother to follow up. overall a disappointing experience. cannot recommend going there for a special event. too pricey, inefficient staff and overpriced food.

The playoffs are here!! We love sitting, eating, and drinking in the draft room. Sadly, last night will probably be our last time doing so. The interaction with the manager, Sal was terrible to say the least! Long story ..we took a "first come first serve" table that had a crappy view, but upon agreeing to sit at this table we asked if a closer table with a better view became available if we could move to it? We were told yes! Even asked our server if the tables in front of ours were in her section and if one became available if we could move and her response was also "yes!" 3rd ending over, and the table in front of us becomes available; we immediately ask our server can we move to that open table to which she says "yes, let me tell the host".. she comes back and says "sorry manager won't let you have that table, but you can go talk to them if you'd like" So I go to the host stand explain my the situation and he immediately says "No you can't have that table it's too hard to move you bcus it's not your serves section" I begin to explain to him that we originally asked our server if it was and etc.. to which he then becomes extremely rude talking over me and not letting me say anything. Sal is a poor excuse for a manager. He is not customer oriented, and simply doesn't care about the customers at all. We ended up staying at our table that had a crappy view even though Sal "the manager" pretty much ruined our night, but we wanted to make the best of it! We couldn't even do that, because of all the people around us blocking us and also sitting at our table with us. People we didn't even know! Random people sitting at our table so they wouldn't get kicked out- the manager had zero control of the floor!

My daughter and I came here during the Dbacks game and I didn't realize we had to be out on a wait-list in order to sit on the balcony to watch the game. The ladies upfront were very kind and explained the process; not an ounce of rudeness from these folks. We ended up getting a call to sit on the balcony and our server was equally awesome. He was friendly, made great recommendations and was quick. My only complaint here is that they don't communicate when they stop serving food and dessert up front. It's easy to get caught up in the game and lose track of time. We planned to order dessert and apparently the kitchen had already stopped. Still, this was one of the best experiences we have had. Appreciate ya'll. This is what great service should be like.

Celebrated my 42nd B-Day on one of the hottest and most attended games this season during the 25th Anniversary celebration. Sal, the manager of the Draft Room, worked with our big group. Not being season ticket holders or Adavntage Members. We were able to get the majority of our party seated and close enough together. Jessica, our server, was on top of it all, especially with separate bills. The Draft Room has gone through a lot of changes this season but always a stop for us when taking in a game at Chase Field. The draft selection is always good and the bar is perfect to snag a quick beer. Until next time!!!Wheelchair accessibility: We had wheelchair user with our group and were able to get to our table on their terrace.

To preface, the first 30 minutes was truly great. We had a good burger and a friendly waitress, but the service was truly terrible at the end.We waited for drinks and our bill for more than 20 minutes, we had to find the waitress inside to get our bill so we could leave before the game started, then when someone sent our waitress, she grabbed our credit cards to pay, and was gone for another 20 minutes while the game was happening and we missed the first and second inning (and a foul ball landed right where our group was supposed to be to make it extra sad).As we were waiting for our bills to come back, a busboy was offering one of our credit cards to the table behind us, as apparently the waitress had dropped it.Finally, after 40 minutes of waiting, we had to go back inside to find the waitress once more to determine where our bills and credit cards were, and the waitress offered NO apology, and did not appear remotely contrite over what I would consider particularly egregious service. An apology, plus a description as to why we were treated the way we were, would have gone a long way. Ultimately I understand why these things happen, perhaps the bill was tricky (it was not, our group of 7 had a cheeseburger/chicken sandwich/chicken tenders and a beer or two on separate bills), maybe she was new, maybe she was short staffed. So, we were choked! The service disappeared, and our group was missing the ball game and couldn't go to our seats as our credit cards were being held hostage by our waitress. Our group unfortunately, and not without reservations, ended up forgoing the tip for the service, as we were extremely frustrated.Eventually, we got our cards back, however one of our group members forgot their credit card in the booklet, and we went back to the restaurant LITERALLY 30 seconds later, where our waitress said "thanks for the super awesome tip guys." Eventually we were informed that the credit card could not be recovered.20 minutes later the credit card in question was used for a vape shop purchase a block away.Sal, the manager, was unhelpful at best and rude to our designated driver when we confronted them about our card. What began as an inconvenience ended with a cancelled credit card (THIS SUCKS! HE HAS TO CHANGE ALL OF HIS SUBSCRIPTIONS! BECAUSE OF THIS PLACE) and rude staff.Extremely, extremely disappointed in a major league baseball team to have an establishment who cares so little about service. To be positive: The bartender with shaved hair on the sides was incredible, and she got a tip, because I like tipping.Lastly, we emailed the organization today and have had zero response. Will not go back. 1 star.

Asked for bills 30 minutes before the baseball game started and we missed the first two innings. Historically bad service and confronted us why we didn't leave 25% tip... Unprofessional staff and management.

the reason I am giving this place one star is their website has a reservation button, nobody answers that google button. I have tried it for 2 days. Finally I called the place and was told only advanced tickets holders can make a reservation, the rest are first come first served. So why do you even have a button to make reservations?

Great food but awful service. They lost my credit card and took 45 min to give me my bill and were unapologetic. Very disappointed. First time I’ve ever left $0 tip.
