The Draft Room, located in Chase Field, offers a great experience for baseball games. The staff is kind and helpful, making sure to explain any wait-list processes and working with large groups. The servers are attentive, providing great recommendations and handling multiple bills efficiently. They offer a variety of draft selections and a comfortable bar area. The Draft Room is wheelchair accessible and has a terrace for dining. However, it is only open on game days and requires a ticket for entry. One downside mentioned was the lack of communication when the kitchen stops serving food and dessert. Overall, The Draft Room provides excellent service and a great atmosphere for enjoying a baseball game.
