Went to Quiessence to celebrate my wife's birthday. Took advantage of the 5-course tasting menu with wine pairings. The meals were incredible -- the flavors, the freshness, the presentation. The wait staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, explaining what was in each dish and then patiently re-explaining when we asked again after we had finished each course. Absolutely wonderful experience celebrating my wife's birthday! We were taken care of from start to finish, and every course was absolutely delicious, rich and full of flavor. We especially loved the kitchen tour, which made the experience even more special. Highly recommend for a memorable dining experience!
