Self service kiosks available but my order somehow got mixed up. The text message stated that you will get a text once the order is ready, WRONG! I approached the counter to find out how much longer. The girl behind the counter passing out the orders quickly handed off my problem to one of the ladies working the grill, who came to assist the line of people waiting to order. I love the variety of this place. When I want chicken, but the kids want burgers everybody gets what they want. Service is always friendly. We had a miss order once(our mess up) and it was corrected Immediately with no drama. The tempura green beans are a nice twist instead of French fries. We prefer their shakes to almost any other restaurant. Especially the chocolate.

The food is always cooked fresh when we order. No cooked burgers sitting in a tray!! And the green beans are DELICIOUS!! But, the burger wrapping needs to be larger. By the halfway point of eating, the burger is barely contained by the wrapper.
