I made a visit the day after Christmas and I was very disappointed in the food I received the fries were not cooked all the way through and the burger was just thrown together. I spent $14 on a meal and the only thing that was decent was the drink. I don't know if they were just having a bad day but I won't be returning anytime soon
Very disappointed. I realize this is a college location but this was ridiculous. $10.29 for a chicken sandwich, not a meal, and the chicken was literally not even 1/8 inch thick.

They no longer provide water cups, essentially forcing you to purchase a drink or go without, which rubs me the wrong way. Not a fan.

Great customer service even as I waited for my online order! I love that they offer tempera green beans and sweet potato fries! 😋 Burgers were cooked well. The Santa Barbara is my fav. Unfortunately, they forgot to give us our drink in our online pickup order, so I had to return to the store. Ample parking and no wait in-store during dinner time.
