We were looking for a fun place to eat and drink prior to attending a show at footprint. We looked online at the kettle black specials and decided to give them a try. Their price for red house wine online (and on their printed menu) was $5. They charged us $6. We brought it to the attention of the bartender, our waitress, and the manager. We were blown off. The manager acknowledged we were charged too much but just walked away, refusing to fix it. We were charged $12 for the Philly fries and the cod sliders….even though online said $10. We just decided to pay and leave. It’s just a few dollars, but we were disappointed how it was handled (or actually not handled). Food was okay, service was non-existent…we saw our waitress when she took our order and when she brought our check….and that’s all. Place was packed, but she mostly stood in the back of the restaurant chatting with the manager…so it wasn’t because she was too busy. Anyway, nothing I’ll lose sleep over…but I certainly won’t be back.

Looks super cool so we wanted to come have a drink before a show on this Saturday afternoon. We gave ourselves an hour before so would have time. No server in sight after waiting 10 minutes, but we were happy to just order at the bar. Went up to the bar to ask to order, bartender rudely said we're a small place, you'll have to wait for your server. Still had no idea where a server was so we left to go to the small place next door. We were served immediately at that small place.

Ordered a burger with the sauce on the side.. it came out with no sauce so I asked for some naturally.. the bartender had the audacity to say no the kitchens closed. “You got what you got” he said.
This is such a cool place. We invite friends here all the time, usually before a ballgame. It’s not super packed before the game like other restaurants around. The service has always been wonderful, the servers are knowledgeable and friendly. The food of course is fantastic and they have a pretty good selection of beer. Highly recommend!
