Andrew, at check in, gave us a great quiet room. Andrew was also a dearth of knowledge as what to do in the area. He recommended the MIM, and he was spot on. We stayed here recently for 5 days and all the reviews are true, this place really is amazing. The staff here is very attentive and they go above and beyond to ensure you have the best stay possible. We were very impressed with the complimentary breakfast, dinner and adult beverages every day. The hotel is well kept and in a great location. We would definitely come back again

I stayed here while in Phoenix for a class. I chose it because of the great reviews and they weren't wrong. The entire staff was friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to make sure everything was going well. The hotel lobby and the room were extremely clean and I felt very comfortable and taken care of. If more of my classes end up being in Phoenix, I'll stay here again.
