The atmosphere of this place is very calming. A perfect place to eat food. The food is excellent prepared to perfection. Whenever we travel to phoenix, we make sure we go to the lobby grill for the cocb salad and the burgers. This last time we went, they were a little short on waitstaff, however, it didn't affect the service.We received one bit. I highly recommend this place.
If I could give it seven stars, I would.

Great surroundings but server was uninterested and food had been plated long enough for it to be room temp when we got it. Paid $107 after tax and tip for 3 sandwiches with fries...won't be back.

My bf and I went to lunch at Arizona Grand Lobby Grill last week and had a really great experience, mostly because of our server Jeanete. She was very kind and welcoming, and really helpful when we were deciding what to order, you could tell she knew the menu. She checked in on us the right amount and was quick whenever we needed anything!
The views outside were beautiful and made the whole lunch feel even more relaxing. The food was also amazing, one of the best ahi...
