We are new-ish to the Valley & like to support local places, so we look for new restaurants to visit each weekend. I found The Main Ingredient on FB yesterday & the menu caught my attention. We'll, SO glad we drive in to try it! Holy smokes did we gave a great lunch today! I had the brunch huevos & the hubs had the Cuban.
