Tatemados Tacos al Carbon is a favorite taco place in Phoenix with a super nice and welcome environment. The food is fresh, delicious, and comes in great portions. Specific highlights include the best birria, bomb carne asada fries, the Al Pastor, Carne Asada, and Tripa tacos, a super good shrimp burrito, and fresh, chewy flour tortillas. The amazing salsa bar is considered maybe the best in town. The staff is extremely friendly, inviting, and helpful. The place is well-kept and includes a dog-friendly patio. It is hands down one of the best taco shops in the area for authentic Mexican food.
