We kind of stumbled upon The Main Ingredient after some shopping at Sweet Salvage. What a great find! We really love the atmosphere of the converted house with spacious seating both inside and outside on the patio. The food was spectacular - and the servers were very friendly. The food and service there are wonderful! I love the sandwiches, and every time I go, I try something new and it never disappoints my taste buds. However, during the seasonal heat changes in the Phoenix area, the flies tend to be attracted to Main Ingredients both indoors and outdoors, which can get a little annoying while eating. If they could find a way to better control the flies, I would definitely give them 5 stars instead of 4 for the atmosphere!
