Mercer was hands-down one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Scottsdale. We came in on a Saturday night expecting a great dinner and ended up getting dinner and a show. The bartenders were incredibly entertaining and completely made our night. They were engaging, funny, and genuinely interested in getting to know us—asking about our interests, sharing stories, and creating such a fun atmosphere.
